July Update


Villa Espiral, at Rancho Santana, Tola, Nicaragua, is nearly complete.





















The doors and windows are in.

































The sealer is on the flagstone tiles.

















The kitchen is ready for the appliances. Cupboard doors are about to go on.





















































































































































The swimming pool is in the rough cut stage. Note how the roof extends over part of the pool.
